- Combine crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl until they resemble wet sand.
- Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture and spread it evenly over the chilled crust.
- Whisk the chocolate pudding mix with cold milk in a separate bowl until thickened.
- Spread the pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in your filling. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For cleanest slices, wipe your knife clean between each cut.
