- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a 9x9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper with an overhang on the sides.
- Combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large bowl.
- Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- Drizzle three-quarters of the caramel sauce over the batter in a zigzag pattern.
- Spread the remaining brownie batter over the caramel layer.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel over the top and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 28 to 32 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before lifting out of the pan.
Notes
Ensure your eggs are at room temperature for the best texture. You can substitute the vegetable oil with an equal amount of melted butter for a richer flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
