Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 3 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce

Method

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl and press firmly into a nine-inch springform pan.
  2. Refrigerate the crust for 30 minutes to set.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until airy.
  5. Stir in half of the diced apples and two tablespoons of caramel sauce.
  6. Spread the mixture over the chilled crust.
  7. Top with remaining apples and drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened at room temperature to avoid lumps. For a tighter set, you may chill for up to 8 hours. Use a high-quality salted caramel for an enhanced flavor contrast against the tart apples.
