Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Press the pie crust into a nine-inch dish and crimp the edges.
- Par-bake the crust for 10 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently to avoid air bubbles.
- Arrange the apple slices in the bottom of the pie crust.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the apple layer.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Drizzle with non-alcoholic caramel sauce before serving.
