Method
- Peel and dice the apples into uniform small cubes.
- Sauté the apple cubes with brown sugar and cinnamon in a skillet over medium heat until tender.
- Remove the apples from the heat and allow them to cool completely.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Fold the whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Place the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag.
- Layer graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of 6 glasses.
- Pipe a layer of cheesecake mixture over the crumbs.
- Add a layer of the spiced apples.
- Repeat the layers and finish with a sprinkle of crumbs.
Notes
Chill your mixing bowl before whipping the cream for better volume. Ensure apples are fully cooled before assembly to prevent the cream from melting.
