A creamy, high-protein cottage cheese buffalo chicken dip that’s packed with flavor, low in fat, and perfect for snacking, wraps, or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (blended for smooth texture)
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and blended cottage cheese.
  • Stir in Greek yogurt, seasonings, and shredded cheddar cheese (if using).
  • Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes until warm and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with your favorite dippers.

  • For a spicier version, add extra buffalo sauce or mix in diced jalapeños.
